garp on the other hand, is a walking contradiction human being LOL. He acts like being vice admiral will not end up helping celestial dragons while an admiral who follow celestial dragon can order him either way. He just doesn't want direct contact with them, however he's at the end of the day doing their desires
Roger on multiple occasions was being said to have committed horrible crimes
1- Killing all of Squard crew
2- Destroying a whole kingdom just because one person spoke ill about his friends, sure it sounds nice to us, but that's fucking horrible lol
3- Now, he's protecting celestial dragons and their slaves? wtf?
Seems like Roger after this incident ended up regretting it and he changed sides and ended up becoming pirate king

It makes sense since they are older and roger had his own crew.
WB BM were under Rox so they couldn't exploit their power to the limits
WB went from being under Rox to match Roger
Shiki went and became their rival
BM became strongest female and same level as WB
Kaido from rookie to near equal to WB
