Its already been explained by him multiple times. Jump actually doesnt care about text leaks, you cant really get anyone in trouble for posting text spoilers, its extremely hard to trace a source (for all we know, Redon could just have a friend in translation, which again, is impossible to prove with text spoilers).

Leaked images are actionable offenses Jump goes after. But even then, its hard to pinpoint what store around the world is leaking early or who is snapping pics at the factory. Even worse are the translation sites that try and cop money via advertisements or donations.

Compare all of that to Redon's summaries, its chump change and its why he waits only a few hours before pics leak because its literally the least offensive (legal) thing one can do.
