Kaido's health bar = 100
Nine Scabbards = 10 damage
5 Supernovas = 25 damage
Yamato = 10 damage
CoC Luffy = 25 damage
Gear 5 = 30 damage

Total damage = 100

No one's denying Luffy did the most damage, however the not even 1% is exaggerated, over time little damage and fatigue accumulates, Yamato was even noting when that accumulated on Kaido when he had to weaken his flaming clouds as they were taxing his body too from all the fighting he has done (accumulated).
