For 100% that is not robin its devon. Why should oda introduced devon if she does not use her df power like the other Bb pirates? And everybody from the strawhats were shown exept robin thats not a coincidence. Robin get captured but the strawhats will find out in the end of this arc that something is wrong. So luffy will order sanji and a little group to free her from the BB pirates. One group will go to elbaf and the other group will go to rescue robin. the strawhats are a yonko crew so they can split up like the BB pirates they were on 3 different island on the same time so why dont do that the strawhats too? I dont think that the strawhats can get away from that island to elbaf that easily.
