Imo the one way I could have seen the Marines curing Big Mom, was them getting the help of Vegapunk.
If Vegapunk could cure someone Bonney's disease despite everyone else saying they couldn't do anything, then I'm pretty sure he could also cure Big Mom's hunger problems.
Also if Big Mom did join the Marines and became an Admiral, I could see her creating many homies to add as Marine Soldiers.

Bonney’s disease was a physical thing, she literally had a toxic rock spreading a foreign virus in her body.
Big Mom’s hunger episodes are a 100% psychological problem that only exist because Big Mom never received any kind of guidance in her childhood. Big Mom’s whole character is that of a 5 year old girl inside the body of a Yonko because she never received any kind of guidance or education growing up. That wouldn’t apply if she joined the Marines, they would forcefully educate that shit out of her.
They would also give Big Mom a real devil fruit if she joined the Navy, they would feed the Soru Soru to Sengoku’s pet goat and give her an actual functioning combat fruit.
