Tbh Baroque works was comprised of assassins and bounties come from their threat levels. I’m sure Doublefinger posed a greater threat to the WG than Nami all throughout the timeskip

What does this mean? We've had literally one example of a Warlord who's bounty didn't get adjusted, and three who did. Prior to the Shichibukai system abolishment.

Non of them is adjusted, Bounty change does not mean Bounty adjusted, Warlord Bounty Adjustment is the one Brannew mentioned once Warlord system abolished, which adjust their bounty to where they are supposed to be. The other changes you see are just gradual Bounty increase, think of it as a common example like Killer, who had his bounty increased to 200 mil, but it's not adjusted, since in fact he's def way stronger than somebody with 500+ mil bounty, like Izo.
