I stick with my prediction:
- King: 1,722,000,000 (has something to do with his rarity)
- Who's Who: 832,000,000 (for Jinbe to fall short of 1B or get a flat 1B)
- Black Maria: 600,000,000 (for Robin to get a reasonable 666,000,000)
- Sasaki: 435,500,000 (Franky seems to have a gag for falling short of his deserved bounty range)
- X Drake: 387,000,000 (Supernova)
- Ulti: 343,000,000 (random guess)
- Page One: 310,000,000 (same as above)
Meh, you're only a Supernova once. Ace was a supernova, shit don't count a year after. Imagine bringing up your high school grades. Embarrassing.
Anyway, the lowest bounty is 360, 000, 000. Why? Apoo and Hawkins are not Tobi Roppo. Blah Blah bounties don't equal strength anymore than degrees equal intelligence. It's still used for employment purposes. Plus we have one example of people saying bounties =/ strength, and several examples of people saying bounties = strength in canon, including Mr. Gomu Gomu no Luffy himself. Hawkins and Apoo would therefore serve as the absolute floor. The ceiling for Tobi Roppo would be Jack. So 900, 000, 000 to 360, 000, 000. King's ceiling is obviously Luffy, none of these nonsense 1.722m. Realistically, he's around Queen.
