He already confirmed it in roofpiece that Zoro has it, just that he didn't know what it was. Now he knows he has CoC and will use it on King (hopefully)

Zoro clearly used it, while in the manga he didn't know he used it until Kaido commented on it. Contradiction at it's finest.

There's no mistake because VC doesn't say anything about it.

This is like saying King doesn't have a hybrid mode because VC didn't show it.
