Dude. 400 mil bounties are the sort of stuff you give to top captains. Jinbei and Law were warlords with 400 mil bounties. And warlords are supposed to be able to change the trajectory of the world.

In fact, this whole “but it’s a question!!” thing is one of the dumbest things I’ve seen on here.
Here’s another example:
If a character says “could this be the work of fate?”.
Guess what?
It probably fucking is the work of fate.
No one sits down and thinks “oh but it was a question, so.... probably not!”
It’s so stupid.

A comparison always happen when people use CoC
Especially if a character (who knows CoC) feels it for the first time from someone
