Because it's IN THE fucking VC which states that Mihawk 3.59 billion berries was after he joined CG. So yes it makes sense for Mihawk bounty to be higher than his captain and still got a boost after joining his captain to the point his bounty increased to 3.59 billion berries.

Doflamingo sandal clashed with Crocodile hook. Doflamingo also did not use his df I'm just stating facts. Crocodile despite being mad cannot beat Doflamingo meanwhile Doflamingo was casual laughing throughout the arc.
