Mihawk had no excuse to postpone against Vista.

Aramaki had two separate excuses given for Morley:
1. He was turf restrained, stressed multiple times
2. He was holding back because he didn’t want to kill Morley as he stated himself.

That's why sword swallowers obession with Morley on why Ryokugyu can't have a kokuto hilarious. It's a "L" if you want, whatever. But at very least Oda emphasized Ryokugyu being heavily restrained, like it or not.
Something he never did with Mihawk vs Vista, if it wasn't for Mihawk's hype that should place him well above your generic yonko officer you'd believe Vista is a serious opponent (like upper end of mid to high diff material) for him. Mihawk said he'd be fool to not know Vista's name and was literally the one who asked for postponement despite having no issue simply getting rid of other fodders defying him in the same arc :

Genuinely Oda Fucked up with King hard. Dude has very little personality a fruit that genuinely felt pointless a power set that people still don’t understand, and absolutely 0 plot relevance until his fight with Zoro.

But he does have a pretty phenomenal design tbh

Showing more(had more panel time), including being a coward, clown and woman abuser is great I guess but not for me.

PS: it's easier for Oda to use weak characters for his filler/gag stuff.

So he couldn´t show it and tried to gave King little background with his connection to Kaido with wasn´t bad but to less.

Queen shined very good during wano, was seen enough and had a fantastic character build up.

It's quite clear Oda made up the Lunarian crap last minute. We see King's "powers" being breeched multiple times by Marco and Zoro and then he retconned it.

I scale Vista pretty high

Admirals were scared of the Whitebeard Commanders.

They didn't even try to beat Marco, had to use Seastone.

Makes sense the Marines were too scared to fight the Swordsman Mihawk respected:

Admirals knew their cheap tricks, like brainwashing Squard, or Seastone, wouldn't work on Vista. It's why they didn't challenge him and sent their superior, Mihawk to fight him.

Biggest reason I like Luffy over Marines is he wins by pulling people to his side, while the Marines can't win without dividing people and abusing authority. Just like the WG.

Seastone-arm Jozu going to pull up to Kuzan and shove him into the dirt for pretending Marineford was about justice.
