Kana also has a role as a member that hates Ai but she stayed until the end so she wasn't fired.

ONK 130 Summary from 阳光下的咪西 (translated by an anon, images later)
The title is Basic tactics and is a chapter about Memcho.
In streaming she announces she is going to debut in a movie and talks about her life and saying she is going to do well in the movie too but she says shes nervous in the filming side.
The most interesting part would be that Aqua comes to tell her she is doing well.
Mem tells Aqua that in Aqua's way this movie is not only for condemnation but that it's also filled with affection.
Aqua says that he took guidance from Abiko and Kichijouji.
Aqua says that he will use everything he can and Memcho asks him if he is using her to?

Ruby repeats the retake, Nino’s words flashed through her mind.
Kana worries about Ruby, Ruby confesses that she doesn’t know what kind of person her mother was or what she felt.
Kana thinks that she can draw those feelings and that's why she plays Nino's role, but Ai's mental health isn't easy to understand unless she goes through the same experience.
Ruby is crying in the office. Kana sits with her.
Ruby: Senpai, you’ll be in trouble if this movie doesn’t hit, right?
Kana: Are you worried?
Ruby: I’m worried about my friends.
Kana: It doesn’t matter because you become an actress after graduation.
Ruby: It’s natural to worry about “friends”!
Kana analyzes that Ruby can't act like Ai because she is cute and straightforward.

WTF is Aka even thinking? To make them act better you have to destroy their mental health? First Gotanda and now Kana.
I understand the part where Aka wants friendship to win over hate and Ruby will say something like I forgive you but if it was the Ruby before chapter 122 I wouldn't be surprised if she killed herself after making her hear that her close friend wanted her to die.
And Gotanda a few chapters ago, the great Director that instead of giving advices he just keeps taking retakes without saying anything and insults your mother when you ask him for advice. Really, what in the actual fuck.
