Character Discussion Overall thoughts on Vegapunk?

The moment we know he's eating a DF brain brain fruit, not 100% natural, expectation dropped heavily.
Add to that he gain most knowledgeable from reading books from Ohara.
If i have fruit and love to spend all my life studing, could have the intelligence lvl like him........and probably less dumber.
Really good person but stupid like every Oda's fav character
This is supposed to be the smartest man in the world.
Watching good sci fi anime like stein gates etc and Vegapunk looks like average, Oda's not good in this type anyway.
Competent genius smartest man alive would spill all the beans in the broadcast message and certainly could have planned better about the 2 "weeks" incident
Would be smart enough to escape WG by his own with his intellect and brain power even if he isn't yonko lvl fighter
He is a "good" guy that eat brain brain food, no more.

With the Egghead arc now over, we are pretty much done with everything about Vegapunk.
So what are your overall thoughts on the main Vegapunk as a character not counting his satellites.

Tasteless design
Didn't really spend enough time on him
Left more questions than answers, both in terms of worldbuilding and himself
Didn't spark any interesting dialogue, when there's countless hours worth of ethics/philosophy/etc. to talk about
Actions inconsistent with morals, often without explanation
Disappointing relevance in the arc itself, despite his potential
Very dubious decisionmaking at almost every turn
Let's just forget about this one.
