You also say here Ali can be scum, but no progression on me. You can’t possibly believe we‘re teamed given his OMGUS vote and jumping on me which is just never a team mate reaction. So this shows a lack of fluidity when it comes to your reads.

Michelle never said you and ali are teamed or whatever. she had a prior suspicion on your slot and happened to come across the case on ali in the same page she was reading, who she then acknowledges can be scum. it's natural. this early in the game people don't immediately jump into associative solving. Michelle having suspicion on your slot shouldn't prevent her from entertaining the case on Ali, and she doesn't need to have visible progression on your slot before doing so. Michelle is aware that something isn't adding up so she said she'll catch up and give better view.

your post comes off like you're trying to make her scum, not actually scum reading her. I agree with ali that you're jumping the gun pretty quickly on things that you'd otherwise let it play longer when you're town

It is now my purpose to de-validate whatever Flower thinks of her her gameplay ... It has happened many games and It made me absolutely feel terrible and only her would do it, Wouldn't say more for whatever respect I still have for you from the past (which obv you have none for me) ... and for the sake of not tainting this game .... I don't mind this opening post, it's playful and loose which gives me a townie vibe

Assume this is some sort of an inside joke/ refrence

This seems a little too defensive for the vote in question where Ratchet comments he's not impressed with his posts, saying they feel phoned in rather than genuine

I didn't read everything leading up to Flower voting Ali, but there was no mention or really much in the way of interaction with the players in question. Having a silent suspect is fine by itself, but I am wondering whether the vote by flower really warranted this hard of a pushback.

Credit where credit is due, there is a line of logic being displayed here, but I don't have the full context of the games in question, but at the very least it doesn't seem completely out of left field. That being said, the magnitude of the response over a simple vote (?) makes it quite possible that Ali was actually prepared for this to happen (which he did kinda admit) to attempt to steer the thread against Flower to deflect attention from himself

Dramatic or not, there's a clear disparity between the cases and the responses to them

Flower claiming that the pointers he made doesn't really hold merit due to her being Town in the games he reference.
I cannot verify this, but Ali did confirm this statement by not challenging them

I do like this post, you can follow his line of thinking and his conclusions of is thoughts.
What I kind of sit with is that while I find the basis of his Flower suspicion to be flawed at best he seems to be convinced personally.

He's confident in his read but not falling victim to tunnelvision, that's a plus in my book.

I think in the very least the probability of Ali and Flower being connected seems infidesimally low, currently I'm leaning towards this being a TvT. I'm not conviced that Ali is neccesarily scum despite being a bit too defensive at times, and I haven't really seen anything from flower that gives me bad vibes yet


This quote is a little bit questionable to me though, there's an argument to be made both ways with how Ali has chosen to go about this.
On one hand it's in a vaccum completely reasonable to own up to ones mistakes and get the story correct to be transparent and genuine, but on the other with the context being what it is and effectively doubling down it can also be seen as his case being disproven and that this was never really the reason for his vote/ suspicion.


All in all, there are some points that makes me lean town on him, but simultaneously there are points which gives me pause.

From what I have seen between Flower and Ali, I find it very unlikely that they will ever be on a team together, so if this is a TvS situation I am more inclined to believe Ali is the scum in the scenario.

I am slightly on this being a TvT situation, but it's quite blurry to me. I could see a world where Ali is an independent, which could explain why he seems to have made a Target for the lynch while also trying to make some contributions with his plays - and his comment of being a strong town role could also be a proof of this also

i liked your long post dissecting ali's play but i don't like the conclusion that you've arrived at being TvT or ali being indie. Can I know why you're reluctant to call flower scum here? do you have any scum reads?
