i liked your long post dissecting ali's play but i don't like the conclusion that you've arrived at being TvT or ali being indie. Can I know why you're reluctant to call flower scum here? do you have any scum reads?

The reason is quite simple, I haven't seen anything in particular that has pinged me from Flower. I haven't read everything she's posted, but from what I have seen she seems like her usual Flower self.

And by the sound of it, it seems that you are of the opinion that Flower isn't town then?

Alexis when town is normally engaging with the thread and has a real drive to solve, it's the vibe I get here.
Yoho hasn't really has pinged me as scummy, and I normally read him well enough.

Alwaysmind can be anything, it's more like a blind read.

People learn from their experiences and adapts to the circumstances.
I agree that META is an unreliable source of basing your reads on, but it can be something to take into consideration
