It does it you felt like you had to stop yourself from role-playing or fluffing because of the cap. With this adjustment, you can still fluff without being in trouble. Case in point: Breaking Bad game where a lot of the players were role-playing and only I think Ekko and Ratchet went over 150 posts by the end of D0. The game isn't gonna be less entertaining. This is really an Ekko-only punishment that's just spread out to everyone else since I don't want to bully the guy. 99% of the players in this game will not be affected.

Not really? Everybody already understands that this post cap affects Ekko the most and barely anybody else. Even though it barely affects everyone else, I'm still making it a universal thing so Ekko isn't singled out. That's what I was trying to say.
