I don't know dude these guys did nastier shit than Sakazuki so far especially Sengoku

I think many are under the impression that Akianu is just some angry, mindless killing machine. Yeah he believes in Absolute Justice and the elimination of all evil, but he also does whatever he deems necessary to achieve it. Akainu wanted the warlord system to stay and even tried talking down Jinbe numerous times in MF. So the question is that is it necessary for Akainu to go against Imu for his justice? Is Imu a liability or an asset for the elimination of evil?
We know Akainu is far more aggressive than Sengoku and has reformed the Marines in a more offensive direction, but so far Akainu has been forced time and time again to be passive about world events, and has repeatedly expressed his frustration over having to wait to see the aftermath of incidents. I think is building up to some big Marshall law type of shit with Akainu.

A coup doesn't even really make any sense to be honest because it's predicated on the assumption that most Marines would side with Akainu, but Akainu isn't liked by the majority of the Marines, the only reason Akainu is the head of the Marines is because the higher ups (Kong or Gorosei probably) preferred him to Aokiji who was much more liked by other Marines.
I don’t think that Akainu would particularly care as long as Imu doesn’t impede his way. He was angry that the kings got rid of the Shichibukai system because he didn’t really care how regular people suffered under it.
If Imu gives him a free hand to do what he likes to eliminate pirates, overriding any objections from the kings, I can see him going along just fine with that.

Akainu believes in absolute justice. This justice is derived from the system he serves.
Since the system is entirely corrupted I can see how Akainu would react negatively to finding out that Imu is actually pulling the strings.
Then again all Marines serve the CDs. So I would not be surprised if they just accepted it. Does not really matter which scum you serve, does it?

Oda has clearly portrayed two types of marines - Fuji belongs to one and Akainu to the other class
Akainu is the only character who gave both emotional (Ace death) and physical trauma (scar) to MC. He will go down defending his belief of Absolute Justice -IMU appearance doesn't change the working of WG

As they said the Marined are merely the outside face of the WG. Akainu obeys but evem he should have a limit at some point and a breaking point, he's fleet admiral of the marines, a new burden will be placed on his shoulders with the whole picture out.
If he is unhinged even after all that at very least many of the marines will be affected, might even divide the marines as a whole. Fujitora, Garp, Sengoku, Tsuru you name it among the big shots.
