Just like Akainu better attacker with his top tier df, Jack also better attacker. His durability allow him to risk his body to get hit by sulong minks at risk of land 1 blow to those minks.

Aokiji and Perospero:
Compare to Perospero who need more effort to fight Sulong Wanda and Carrot. Aokiji also cannot 1 shot Ace, WB like Akainu. But Aokiji more versatile with his df. His df specialize to immobillize not to 1 shot opponent like Akainu. Perospero df specialize for cqc for defend not for beat multiple sulongs like Jack.

Jack the attacker and Perospero the defender:
So while Jack show better attack potency with beat multiple sulong, Perospero show better defensive skill with kept up sulong Neko in CQC before sky split while Jack almost 1 killed by sulong Inu.

Bottom line Jack better suited to fight multiple sulong like Akainu suited to 1 shot his opponent (WB, Ace). Perospero better suited for defensive battle where he stall better like he stalled sulong Neko by kept up with Neko speed in CQC before sky split and Jack almost 1 killed by sulong Inu. Similar to Aokiji better suited immobillize his opponent not to 1 shot them like Akainu.

Good post. Jack and Perospero are equal. Both got defeated by Sulong Dukes which are equal too.
Both were very relevant plot wise too.
Perospero was the main reason Pedro died. Jack invaded WCI. Perospero was more relevant than 3 of Sweet Commanders bar Katakuri. Jack was more relevant than Queen the bum.
