Do you really think a YC-level character doesn't have large-scale attacks in their arsenal? Yes, and even against an ordinary stone?
Even if we assume that his sword is purely for show, do you think his biscuit swords will not cut through ordinary stone? He manipulates the biscuit at will, why don't you think that he can create a giant Biscuit Soldier? After all, he perfectly owns his DF, and the shape and size depend on his desire.

Pica in his Golem form could not harm any of the gladiators that were with Luffy, only the statists, the environment(houses and buildings). Against strong opponents, he is not a rival, he can only delay time. But I understand that some type of people are very impressionable to demonstrate something large-scale.

Cracker probably would not have to personally join the battle, would create a cracker bots and start systematically destroying the Golem, starting with the feet, because it's just a stone, though alive.

Pica wins mid diff.
1. Cracker had a full fight and didn't show any feats nor portrayal in DC and AOE supported by the fact that he couldn't clear the trees.
2. G4 was overkill for the durability of Cracker's armor + haki. The reason Luffy was having such a hard time was because the biscuits can Regen when broken.
3. Cracker with his biscuits getting wet couldn't beat base Luffy who was focused on eating.
4. Cracker couldn't blitz fat Luffy who was just a few meters in front of him
So no there is no benefit of the doubt nor portrayal indicating that Cracker beats Pica. It is a testament to Pica's strength.
Pica has the superior power, superior speed and superior defense. He wins

In manga / comics, it is more economical to show the beginning of the process and the end. Of course, not all authors hold this view. In Onepunchman, they would show the whole process, spending extra panels on it.

Pica certainly has a better fruit than Cracker, however, the latter is too fast to get hit by Pica and can create scores of Soldiers in a few moments. And Pica is unable to beat them all. It can only take time, as it did with Zoro, by hiding in the ground or in the Golem.
