Hard but i think smoothie, what do you think Hades ?

Sadly, he's really overratted by many people. Plus they forget that the location of the fight would handicap Pica since WCI isn't a stony Island and that he's very reliant on his df.
I don't know if location matters too much. All islands are composed of rock, so Pica will eventually be able to make a massive golem. It's just the fact that Smoothie should be capable, at the bare minimum, of what Dressrosa Zoro was in order to isolate Pica. It might be easier thanks to her ever-growing size but I don't see a Mid High Tier, same level as Pica's boss, being completely unable to deal with an opponent like this.

still Pica wins....just because....it should be like that
Pica's chances of winning are as high as Zoro's chances of not getting lost in a jungle.

Not really WCI is made far more of earth grass and food than of stone thanks to Streusen. The amount of stone that Pica would be able to use there would be risible compared to the amount he can use in Dressrosa. Besides since Smoothie's df absorb water she would likely just use her df to turn any Golem that Pica would use into sand like Crocodile would.

I don't really think the composition of the island is that different lol. The whole seducing woods is on regular earth. When Big Mom unleashed her Strong nation, we saw earth torn up, not some confectionery. The landscape Pica fights at won't make a difference unless it's desert, a boat or in some glacier.

Regular earth, not stone. And yes Pica's df is reliant on which type of environnement he's in since his df can only assimilate stone and rocks, in an environment without these his df is useless.

I think you're pulling hairs considering that stone/rock are nebulous, non-descript terms for earthen materials.

Rocks said:
A rock is any naturally occurring solid mass or aggregate of minerals or mineraloid matter. It is categorized by the minerals included, its chemical composition and the way in which it is formed. Rocks are usually grouped into three main groups: igneous rocks, metamorphic rocks and sedimentary rocks. Rocks form the Earth's outer solid layer, the crust.
Stone said:
hard solid nonmetallic mineral matter of which rock is made, especially as a building material.
Pica was shown manipulating the Palace, the rocks/surface underneath Dressrosa, and even incorporated towns into his make-up. I'd be surprised if they all had the same make-up.
No "certain" people rank him very high. The rest of us hold him a step above trash, where he belongs

How else are you going to put Zoro on the YC1 level if you don't wank his most recent opponents though?
