No one else watches or reads One Piece.
Shounen Jump, Shueisha and TOEI drops anything related to One Piece.
Oda goes bankrupts.
Oda becomes a beggar.
Someone else really capable takes over One Piece.
Manga and anime restarts from 0 with decent pace and logical flawless plot(no more plot holes or plot armor).
DBS flash lights and One Piece characters becoming Super Sayan is forbidden at Japan considered a crime with minimal penalty of death sentence.

Kuma is defeated by Saturn after putting up a fight. Luffy takes over.
Zoro vs Lucci is the only other real fight but doesn’t get much screentime.
Egghead ends with Egghead Island being annihilated off the map, Saturn’s defeat, Kizaru allowing the Strawhats to leave (maybe dying in the process), the Blackbeard Pirates get York, the Mother Flame or both.
Kuma gets restored (either briefly for a tragic goodbye, or permanently).
Cross Guild make a big move, potentially the second big ID breakout so they can bolster their forces. Moria also joins Cross Guild.
The fight from the Jump Festa message isn’t Shanks vs Blackbeard.
Blackbeard is busy travelling to Mariejois with Garp as a captive.
The Jump Festa message may mean that their’s some funny business on the way to Elbaf that delays the arc. Maybe Kuma using his fruit to launch the Sunny (and everyone on it) to another island first.
Dragon will tell us he’s about to make a move (again) after the events on Egghead but it will be years before he actually does.
We see Imu before the anime gets to their voice. The anime will get there in ~23 weeks at the earliest (although probably longer, the anime will take more recap breaks I imagine.) Oda’s likely got about 18 chapters to get to that stage, which is do able with Egghead being at the stage it is and Saturn in the spotlight.

Logical follow up is Teach getting crowned King.
But there will be a plot twist of some sorts (a trap or something) then either Teach gets saved by Luffy and joins the Nika cheerleading against the Gorosei or Teach kills everyone and becomes the final villain somehow.

I think it will follow the MF war blueprint where Blackbeard gets a nice gift for himself aka 3rd DF.
I also suspect it is Sengoku's Buddha and it is a fitting place to obtain it considering that Sengoku may be deployed in WG war.
For the Strawhats to abandon everything else and move towards MarieJois it has to be something like capturing Vivi which Imy wants.
And we already saw Luffy was ready to go even when she wasnt there...
I am betting on the PK race coming after the WG war.

Saturn will be defeated in egghead. Vegapunk,Bonney and Kuma will join Dragon. Straw Hats vs Red hair pirates in a davy back fight in Elbaf. Caribou will meet BlackBeard. BlackBeard will acquire ancient weapons. Crossguild will find more members(ex-warlords and supernovas). Buggy will find the man marked by the flames first and Cpt.John's treasure. Kidd will team up with Blackbeard and defeat Shanks. Law,Smoker,Koby,G5 marines and the straw hats will team up to fight the blackbeard pirates. Crossguild and SHP get to the One Piece first. Man Marked by flames is the ex-warlord that fought Ace and lost. He works for Shiki. Its Shiki vs Luffy for PK. Kidd will gather a huge fleet and ambush straw hats after Luffy becomes PK.
