If they were interested in officially releasing the sub internationally they would have done it during Sun and Moon at the latest

It sucks that there is no official sub for Pokemon, they could have finally changed that and added official subs for the new Pokemon anime series but nope they still refuse to.

So in the games we had Victory Road with Nemona, Path of Legends with Arven, and Starfall Street with Penny.

My guess is that Liko will be involved with Victory Road, Roy will be involved with Path of Legends, and Dot will be involved with Starfall Street.
