To be honest they won't let me in Usopp, time to drop it.
These guys live under the umbrella of the illusion that just because they play in a friendly environment everyone is a saint and has never done anything worth condemning in real life.
It doesn't matter if I log in again in 2050, they still won't let me in, meanwhile I wonder how many petty actions some of them might or not commit or have committed.

So it's like I thought, Avalon got you again?
At least verify when a screenshot is not fake and ask users to report with the button instead, and don't just assume that a Discord account belongs to me when someone sends you a fake screenshot, expecially with all the dupes that circulate and trying to bully me.
I mean I would like to take legal action against that idiot but he is probably too demented to be worth it.

I mean I don't even care anymore at this point as it has been too long.
People nowadays are too simple and naive to understand how easy it is to make a duplicate account or a fake screenshot to try to have a guy banned. And sticking to a dupe is not hard, Avalon can easily do it.
But unlike other folks I'm resilient enough to take it to court if it will ever be necessary.

It’s not an apt comparison though. You’re suggesting you let the person into the victim’s hobby club/community and forcing them to either play games/spend time with them, or leave if they don’t want to be around them.
I haven’t heard any of them say “you can never play mafia anywhere”. They just don’t want it in their personal environment which is a far more fair request than you’re comparing it to which is “never let a person see the light of day again”.

How about this?
Take this into pm with ratchet and mods. Put your case there. And, let the mods and ratchet decide what to do next after hearing all the concerned stakeholders.
If anyone has an objection then they should convey it to Ratchet in pm as well.
And, whatever decision mods take, we should abide by it rather than playing the role of advocate or judge ourselves.
Public trial is never a good thing unless it's done by furries. Let's not clog the sign up or game thread.

This is not really a democracy or based on current legal views on how rl crimes should be dealt with.
For one giving the right to decide/vote to someone who understands nothing or barely of a given subject, is inherently flawed (say your common farmer voting for politician A or politician B regarding their economic projects for the country). So it's better to centralize decisions as for every different person that's part of a community, there's a different opinion, and just because it's a personal opinion doesn't mean it's inherently a vaild opinion (like planet earth being flat).

I was playing here in 2021 when other players were already aware of my past on that forum, but upon returning a few days ago I suddenly noticed to be banned from playing.
Ekko fueled it to try to defend my case and I thank him for that.
Ultimately however this is just a weebs anonymous forum that I have left for 3 years.
I won't pretend that it's the end of the world if I'm not allowed to play, regardless of it being unfair.
What angers me however is how Ratchet and other mods care more about how many people sign up rather than fairness, by that logic anyone can be banned from playing if other people don't want them in, even assuming an absurd scenario (not my case) where the person was completely clean.
