This is not really a democracy or based on current legal views on how rl crimes should be dealt with.

For one giving the right to decide/vote to someone who understands nothing or barely of a given subject, is inherently flawed (say your common farmer voting for politician A or politician B regarding their economic projects for the country). So it's better to centralize decisions as for every different person that's part of a community, there's a different opinion, and just because it's a personal opinion doesn't mean it's inherently a vaild opinion (like planet earth being flat).

I think the main issue is that this section has become a privatized circle jerk where there are dictators that can ban users without a direct in-game offence, it just takes a few players to threaten they won't play again if that user signs up for a game and the mods will deem that enough to ban the player from playing forever.

Heck one can be totally clean and still have no chance.

The reason why I'm not banned elsewhere on the forum despite my past on NF was leaked long ago is that global moderators/admins are sane of mind and will only count direct offences instead of people's wishes (and I hope they also don't consider dupes and fake forum/Discord screenshots trying to bully me into a new ban).

the victim can get out of the country if he doesnt want to share the same road as the prisoner who was just released

i sympathize with the past victims and I get that not everyone can forgive easily, which is why if they cant leave out of game stuff from interfering with the game they can use the ignore option. they arent playing mafia properly anyway by OGI-ing so might as well use the ignore and go all out.

in the present, however, i dont think they r victims . i think currently beta is being a victim of unfair treatment

u didnt jail beta from playing in other sites. u jailed him from playing here. when he gets released he gets released here. u cant say we released him to play on other sites. he was never jailed there to begin with
