I voted Ratchet because Ultra said he was Ekko's legacy, but I also saw Ratchet full claimed as well, so I'm not sure if that is the way. He does seem quite laid back here though, he's probably town.

But he hasn't deigned to talk me through his reads

Everything else is from when he's outed so useless.

Juliet/Psychic/Kiku look the worst from his ISO, in that order. If Uktra has mech on Kiku it may be that he tracked her to him, in which case it comes back to Juliet/Psychic. On Day 1 Polar tried to tie Jukiet and Psychic to Flower's alignment by read, but I don't think he would do that if they're both scum.
