Its pretty obvious the rivalry is taken serious they always feel the need to prove each other stronger than one another. Zoro gets mad sanji's bounty is higher and luffy praising sanji strength in zou this same dynamic isn't present with luffy and zoro. Luffy never competes with zoro post timeskip and zoro even claims pica wasn't worth fighting luffy while zoro fought pica himself which implied inferiority.

feeling the need to claim that he's way stronger than Sanji when someone praises Sanji's strength.

If someone praises Franky or Robin or Brook, Zoro joins in, because he knows for a fact he's way stronger than them.

When Sanji's strength is brought up he needs to posture. Both he and his fans.

Oda knows what he's doing, and that's why he has Nami threat his claim like you'd treat a child's.

This moment alone not only validates the rivalry between the two through Zoro's perspective, but also invalidates the notion that Zoro is way stronger than Sanji through the manner in which that claim is treated.

Zoro told Luffy he has no clue who stronger between them, but he knows he stronger then Sanji

Meh, since the crew got divided for 2 arcs the ruvalry was forgotten for all that time and thier reunion was worth rivalry wise only one panel. Also even if we want to consider this powerwise we even got Sanji surprised at Zoro slicing with Enma. Probably it has been frozen a bit. Also add that now Zoro is on the rooftop (with Killer) while Sanji is not and then there is also Jinbe who pretty much is used by Oda to troll Sanji again. There is also the menace of Yamato. Sanji could directly jump from 3 to 5 if things go terribly wrong for him.
