It was low diff but it already occurred last year.

Besides, there's still room for Mihawk, Shiryu and Shanks nevertheless.

But I'd be delighted with someone like Sakazuki or Borsalino surprising us all and taking this one round.

Top 3 best characters should be in no order for 2020:
Kaido
Ulti
Queen

People who weren't shown or were barely shouldn't even make it to top 30 this includes Katakuri, Shanks, Mihawk

Kidd and Law do not deserve to be in the top 20, they didn't do much yet

Kinnemon, Luffy, Sanji and Zoro top 9

That is because of the fandom. Zoro fans have no respect for Sanji fans and vice versa. So instead of being objective they tune in on each other, ignoring the other great characters in the series.

Sanji and Zoro are both my favorite characters in the series. I usually always side with Sanji though because he is the underdog of the two in the fandom.
