Questions & Mysteries Pre Time Skip vs Post Time skip ?

I enjoyed how pre time skip established the Strawhats as a crew, their roles, and their relationships.

I enjoy the world building of post time skip. I feel like character backstories have been drawn out, thus over inflating the arc. For me post time skip is a catch-22. I love reading the chapters weekly, discussing the chapters, and subsequent spoilers. At the same time I have to read posts about people complaining about every little thing.
