General & Others Prediction for Future Sagas and One Piece Ending at Chapter 1500

My favorite thing about all of this is that post Wano, we got reactions from Akainu, the new Yonko and Imu, thereby setting up what could come next in terms of a final plotline. Then he went and (predictably) made an arc about Vegapunk and Kizaru because it still needed to happen (Ive made comments on this for years during Wano). We have people still in denial about Elbaf happening too.

People need to realize two things:

1) Punk Hazard (if you want to be picky, Fishman Island technically) to Wano is essentially one big story arc. Its essentially all about Kaido and Big Mom, and after 400 chapters, it ended.

2) Egghead is essentially the next Punk Hazard. Its building up and laying the groundwork for whats to come (Ancient weapon fuel, 4th Road Poneglyph, Yonko status, RAs, Marines, World Government, etc). Elbaf may very well be the next Dressrosa and a big Kingdom arc. You can draw comparators that Law's Island after could be like Zou, just setup for Laugh Tale and the Final RP. Lodestar could be WCI except people are fighting over the 4th RP, and Laugh Tale could be like Wano, culminating everything there with whomever is left

And thats just "assuming" every single faction (Akainu and Imu included) travels to the end of GL to fight there instead of fighting near Marijoa.

The scale of this wont be taken lightly at all, and to say he's rushing towards the end is hilarious considering the arc we are in.

On Topic:

1200-1250 is the sweet spot imo.

</=1200: Was Oda's goal, but if he keeps to it the last saga is rushed and the series suffers.

>1250: Oda does well on the saga until he axes the ending Bleach style.

=/>1300: See above^. Oda won't allow that.

I feel like there's too much plot points to address in just 200 chapters

Oda has done 2 villains of a single Saga ; Summit Saga was all about Sakazuki and Teach ; Wano Saga was all about Kaido and Big Mom

You can even do 2V2 with Shanks & Luffy vs Teach & Sakazuki at Laugh Tale (and Buggy from the side watching)

Comeback to this in 2034
Even Wano, Oda didn't gave Luffy, BM and kaido have triple threat way battle

I remember fans hoped for that too

Two yonkou have gone missing. Oda revealed the endgame opponents. The knights and imu. Luffy is a yonkou with three poneglphys and were in the last saga. How much more does your ass need to realize Oda is wrapping things up?
It's because he think Shanks will have a major arc like BM, Kaido and BB
That Akainu and Navy will also have a major arc
Both won't have any major arc

He's forgetting that the final saga has only been about Teach and Imu forces not Shanks or akainu as main villains!

Summit Saga : Akainu /Navy & Teach
DR Saga : Doffy & Caesar
Yonko Saga : Kaido and BM
Final saga : Teach & Imu

This is how people thought Wano wasn't gonna end when the raid was nearing its end cause of some plots which Oda didn't care or concluded quickly

There's only 250-300 chapters left
Only Teach & Imu having 85+ chapters arc
Elbaf will be 70 chapters max

Time to wake up,
Shanks was never getting his own major arc
Akainu become 2nd tier villain after Imu intro. Kizaru stole his place to face Luffy as the only top tier marine fight.

We don't know which plot points there exist or how Oda will go about them. We can only speculate based on Oda's given timeframe.
We absolutely know which plot points exist lol. The only difference is understanding what is tangeable and what isnt. "The Moon" for example isnt something promised by the Author, its a fan wish, while "Elbaf" is and has been set up by Oda. So are technically Lodestar and Laugh Tale. So are the remaining Yonko, Marines and WG. What "hasnt" been promised are each of those entities getting dedicated arcs, and there is no guarantee that any of them are in Elbaf either.

200 chapters, from this specific point, is a hard sell because there is so much left that is "tangeable", but at the same time if he "decides" to do a major war in Elbaf or soon after, then it "can" work in theory. The only thing is that if you want to wrap things up, you still need to spend time on everyone. A war involving everyone could easily take 200 chapters if something like Wano took 150 with only 2 Yonko (one of which didnt even have her crew)

Speculation.

As opposed to you just stating the opposite with nothing but comments from Oda that hes gone back on and already been wrong about lol. Smart.

Nothing i even said is speculation. Elbaf is not speculation, its the next arc. Blackbeard, Akainu and Imu are confirmed villains. Shanks is an anomaly. These things are not speculation

BTW
This is final saga
Why are there people guessing "future sagas"?

Yonko Saga had 3 arcs : Zou, WCI and Wanp( can be divided into 2 mini-arcs: Wano and Onigashima)
Final saga will have 5 arcs: Egghead, elbaf, Roadster + Laugh Tale and final war
@JoNdule
Stick potentially one island after Elbaf, because wherever Law was going wasnt Winner Island, and since Kid's island is Elbaf, then it stands reason to assume we might go to Law's after (where I think Burned Man stuff actually will take place)

This is the final Saga, so it won’t be much more then 150 and we already have had 33 chapters in this Sage, so their probably won’t be much more then 120 chapters left.

It might not seem feasible to cover everything in 120 chapters, but the Final War should begin in at most 20 chapters since now the Yonko have almost all the Road PG, the only thing that needs to happen is for Buggy or Shanks to get the burn scar man’s Road PG before BBP or Luffy, which will force a 4 way conflict because the Yonko will have to fight each other to get their missing PG.

The Marines would also get thrown into this because they will still be after Vegapunk whether BBP or SH get Vegapunk or his knowledge, and this will probably all kick off in Elbaf as Ragnarok and finish in Laugh tale which is likely very close to Elbaf.

I would love an updated map by Oda. Sphinx, Egghead, Wano, and Elbaf all seem to be very close to each other.

Lonestar is probably right after. I wonder If Lonestar is the Island Bart took from Shanks . . .

Ah okay so you are just refusing to acknowledge the fact that:

- In 2019, Oda said he'll end the series in 5 years on a youtube interview. So its ending next year?
- In 2020, he said the story will end in 4-5 years in another interview, so its ending next year?
- In 2021, he had an interview with the Detective Conan author which specifically stated he "would "like" to end the series in 3 years but doesnt actually know when the series will end"?. So is it ending next year? Why ignore Oda's comments about not actually knowing? He even says in the same argument he regrets giving a time table
- In 2022, his editor came out and stated One Piece had 20-30 volumes left. Considering we get 3 volumes per year, thats 7-10 years, thereby contradicting the above anyway and his own interview.
- Then just about every other progress measurement in this series (Skypiea is 50%, Thriller Bark 50%, Fishman Island is 50%, lol) until WCI were he jumped to 80% and yet here we are nearly 300 chapters later

So tell me, what are you actually implying, that the author is right? That One Piece ends this year or next year? 20-50 chapters until its over?

Because if not, he's wrong, which is exactly my point.

But no, im wrong and I have no idea what Im talking about.

You know an entire manga can be written in this much of chapters.
And here we are 1100 chapters later where you can fit nearly all of Naruto and Dragonball basically in One Piece.

@Monkey D Monkey Why are we making up arbitrary numbers like it not being longer than 150 chapters lol. The last one (as in the Yonko Arc, which includes Zou, WCI and Wano), is over 250 chapters by itself, so what is the argument here?

2019+5=2024
2020+4=2024
2021+3=2024

Note these numbers are for finding the One Piece, not for the finish of the story.
With 35-40 chapters per year that puts Laugh Tale at ideally 1130

Volume 60 or the Post TS was the halfway mark
600x3=1200

That leaves Oda approximately 70 chapters to finish other elements (Ex: world gov).

1060+150 (The longest Saga) takes Oda to 1210.

Oda has always been definitively NOT definitive, but his estimations line up to a degree.
1200-1250 is realistic. Maybe even 1300. 1500 is not.

Okay lets roll with your opinion and say its about One Piece. Somehow you think we'll be in Laugh Tale in 70 chapters when Egghead is not even finished and we havent been to Elbaf yet. That makes total sense. That everyone important outside of the WG will concede to Luffy and he'll become PK in 70 chapters?

Also, realize that chapter 1200 is over 3 years away. 1250 is nearly 5 years away, and 1300 is like 6 and 1/2 years away. So even if you frame it as the series is close to over, that shit does not align with anything he's stated the past few years.

Edit: And for the record, no I do not believe in 1500 chapters either.

But are you though?
If you actually read everything, he quite literally points to the ending being the most "exciting" part:

The thing you clearly only read:
Oda: By “ending”, I mean the juiciest part of Luffy’s adventure. Since that’s when the mystery of “what is the One Piece?” is to be revealed.

Detective Conan Interview:

"ONE PIECE’ has finally started its Final Arc. When entering it, Oda-san sent a message to his fans that said: “When I was a kid, I had this thought: I wish I could draw a manga series in which its ending is the most exciting part! I wonder if I’ll be up to it!!”. What are your thoughts on this Final Arc?"

Finding One Piece IS the ending bro. And no, he is not explicit on it being "One Piece" in any other interview. In fact, that SBS response is also interpreted a 100 different ways by multiple translations. This one flat out says the "Story of what is One Piece", which is the entire basis of the plot, is over and thus the story ends:

Be it 10, 20, 50 chapters after finding it, the "ending" is a culmination of the discovery and what it means for the series. Thats it.
