This clearly shows that prime Rayleigh must've been a whole tier above Yonko. No wonder Roger was the only man to become PK among his peers of comparable strength, the likes of WB and rocks who were his rvials. Its an indication of what it takes to become PK, what is to come in the future, and why Shanks failed to become PK.
There is no doubt anymore that there needs to be two crew members in the PK crew that are above Yonko level. One Pk level memeber simply doesnt cut it. And the only crew that will fulfill that criteria is the strawhat crew. As the right hand man of the PK to be, Zoro's potential is raised above Yonko level. That automatically also raises his endgame goal higher than Yonko level, which means Mihawk is presently above Yonko level. No wonder he didn't care about the petty tittle of Yonko when he is already WSS.

He said “likely” as in Rayleigh thinks he is just under BB. Rayleigh might have lost but BB would be so messed up that he would not be able to pursue the One Piece for months. BB is smart and usually knows there is no reason to take unnecessary chances. Plus, with kidnapping Coby doesn’t BB have two of the seraphim? I think BB did quite well, overall. BB is way smarter than the admirals.

Kizaru is so goated for this.
A top tier, living legend, appears out of nowhere to interfere and he could not give a single fuck. Not an even expression of surprise.
He even ignores him right in his face, continuing to chase the SHs.
And then when Rayleigh continued to interfere he decided to fight him instead of calling it a day like most top tiers do when another top tier appears outside of their agenda.
Did something similar with WB, ignored him right in his face
then WB attacks him, Kizaru says bet and sons WB.
Then there's the scene of him casually implying he'll go stop 2 Yonkou.
It's really difficult to visualize this monster losing when he refuses to show any real concern in the most dangerous of situations. I guess it makes sense when you have the most OP devil fruit in the verse, he can prob escape any situation any time he wants in the worst case.
I'm not even fully convinced there's a single character stronger than Kizaru. Just that he's too lazy to fully commit to a cause or care, he just tries to fill the minimum requirements of his job.
