I imagine he probably wasn't coating himself with haki or tekkai given the plot here, if that's the case we saw Roger being stabbed by fodders. Weakened or not the human body is weak.

I guess I expected better from Queen's body, however I don't know whether or not he was coating himself. I would bet on not.

Because he took a bitch slap from Monster Point while he was getting grabbed?
Being strong doesn't mean you dont get hurt.
Chopper had the potential to be another "Monster" with his Rumble ball. Oda just took the "you are now just merchandising" route.
But Monster Point Chopper has ALWAYS been that, a freaking MONSTER powerhouse.

It's going to be irrelevant in the long run.

We've seen him walk off Marco's attacks and in this chapter he's clean



while Marco is damaged



so we got better ways to scale him than an outlier, which is meant to be a dramatic moment for Chopper.

It's more about bodies than anything else I think, like I have highlighted.

I agree that PIS is broadly utilized too, however it's good to search for some logic within these dynamics.

biological warfare can make even a pathetic loser like ceasar low diff an entire nation of naturally battle gifted creatures.
queen may have created strong weapons but he's still extremely incompetent for someone in his league. he allowed luffy to train when he could've just torture him like he did to kidd & killer. and he had the audacity to speak about pirates treachery when he removed luffy's seastone handcuffs just to gave him a fair fight wtf.
luffy & zoto lack air mobility anyone with flight abilities could've gotten the drop on them. once that problem been solved with marco queen couldn't do shit.
if anything, he made the the war much likely to be won by the alliance. everything he did only end up working against it's intended purpose like this ice oni situation.

QUEEN is proving to be really a "calamity" haha, his expressions are that of a true villain of Arco, this question of discarding subordinates is a question of the nature of the superiors of the pirate beasts, even KAIDO says this and QUEEN follows the same example, I love it on them.

My only problem with Queen is that he's not slimy and cunning with his underlings...

For example, he should learn from Ceasar who acted like he cares about his underlings during Shinokuni...

Those soldiers are dumbfodders who believe any words, they would believe him, thus not turning on him

Meaning, he should have used one of the main headliners to do those actions of ice oni bullets... and IFFF the SHs and others survived like now... Queen can shoot that headliner down and blame it on him saying "my precious underlings" still maintaining them under kaido forces!

I mean.... that's my only issue here...

He should.... because he was kinda calling them "kawaii underlings" during his dances in Udon...etc... and when Kaido and Big Mom were clashing, and and those underlings were just having funny conversations together.... so with his persona, it felt FITTING that he would be someone who has their backs.... and the TWIST would be that he's just like Ceasar with Brownbeard and the others... where he is merciless with them, BUT NOT in public, where he would be easily disposing of them but not with their knowledge....

So, for example if he used one of the headliners and asked him in secret to use the ice oni demon to spread the virus, if things succeeded, great, if things failed like now, he can cut down that underling and say something like "how dare you do that to my precious cute underlings" and of the sort... where by this, he shuts the underling mouth, and in return, gain their loyalty again....

This is the only thing Queen lost me on.... other than that, I love the dude, he's hilarious as fuck... his design in particular is the BEST design among calamities by far
