Issue comes up regarding punishment. So, best way to deal with it is to lay down guidelines.


Also, no on voting part. It's not about whether we want someone whom we like or not at all. This is complicating stuff and not addressing the real issue. How to give punishment?


All coaches should sit and decide on rules and punishment so people will be aware what will happen if they break rules without any subjectivity coming up

I do not think Joygirl deserved a punishment after her first game here, and it was initially not going to happen to my knowledge. I've seen players do worse here and not get that. At worst they used to get a warning for their first offence, so yeah I do not agree with this system

Ive seen this type of stuff in other forums, DND ones to be exact and they helped with player toxicity and no one is complaining about their decision making.

There can be other punishments, and I agree with the Joygirl comment but it wasn’t her first game here just felt like this needed correcting.

@Noctis Seriously you just need some punishment rules set in stone and recommend bans to mods so they can ban people.

Rest is absolutely fine. You guys are good at what you do but when it comes to punishment then it's subjective.


Also, the reason I am saying no for election or something is because we are having tons of new players so voting will be not on the lines of who can manage but whom they like which is bad when it comes to management.

In all seriousness I think hosts should have majority control over who can play their games. As far as the coaching system outside of punishments, I’m not sure about abolishing it completely. I’d have to put more thought into it before I threw a vote down. I will say NF seems to run just fine from what I’ve seen though.
