They beat a yonkou, that is full power, unlike kaidou that fought dozens and is weakend now. Who is strongest person Zoro defeated? Monet? But that was 2vs1 with tashigi, so IT doesn't count. Pica was also 2vs1 with Orlumbus.

Zoro fought two Emperors at the same time while protecting 4 drag downs.
That is more than any character will ever do.
