I only went with Xebec.

Even though we have many great panels involving some badass characters but Xebec just stands out as his panel involves IMU - the King of the World

Rest of the characters - had their aura manifested in front of those who were either below them or on par with them.

Considering how Law did him... Thank god they aren't him.
And when you think about it, a true aura farmer doesn't get put in a position like that in the first place.
Akainu got rocked by Whitebeard, sure, but he still put a hole in his head and chest. That's a monumental feat even if Whitebeard was already nerfed, it shows that he'll NEVER go down without a fight.
Not even to mention, he got sneak attacked by the WSM there and was still conscious and ready to go afterwards.

Vergo’s presence alone terrified the toughest dragon on PH. For comparison, Oda used your bog standard zoo animals to hype up Roger’s presence.

In terms of raw aura, Vergo-san is canonically a notch above the pirate king.
