80 is still a respectable number. He has brute strength but was never portrayed as extraoridnary, stats aren't so impressive.
He can't be stronger than Uvo

Just by logic hisoka who just got a power up is stronger than chrollo but the phantom group wankers are still strong, they really think they are on the boat for something other than getting folded by Hisoka

Kurapika was unscathed from a Big Bang...albeit he had Enhancer protection.

You have no points at all, Uvo broke the arm of someone at 100% enhancement so Chrollo is simply not tanking any of Uvo punch at all

First of all that is a reaction speed feat. Second of all I never used this as a speed feat. I said that all Chrollo needs to do to Uvogin is use that Hatsu.

And no....Feitan runs circles around him and hes a Transmuter. Being an Enhancer dont make you faster unless you specifically enhance your speed.
