Oh boy, people were wishing for something like ZKK and now there are possibilities emerging.

Is Kaido's role in the story not over? IIRC we do get Kaido after Wano in Kuma FB but that Kaido is a very young Kaido, teenish I think, and mostly VAs for young and older versions are different. So why would Kaidos VA need to be replaced if he is dead and finished in Wano? Are we going to get some other FB in which Kaidos VA is needed or is he coming back?

Is Sandman aware of ZKK?

Since this is One Piece where characters are often revealed to be dead, if not outright ressurected, I'd say that the chances of Kaido being alive are always here, same for Big Mom who may have unfinished business with Elbaf and her family, though the chances of flashbacks are also likely.

As for ZKK that ship has sailed a long time ago, even during Wano, as soon as it became clear that Kaido was Luffy's fight and that it was naive of Zoro fans to believe otherwise.

ZKK never left, it has merely yet to arrive.

We need Zoro and Kaido's backstories, first, or it won't be as memorable.

Act 4 will give us both flashbacks, as well as ZKK.

Zoro also needs to get Shusui back.
