What's interesting is Queen only introduced the "underlings" last chapter. He didn't refer to himself, the other All Stars, Kaido's son, Kaido or Big Mom, so maybe there are in fact others at this party, like Shiki, Ouchoku, Silver Ace, and/or Rocks. I personally don't know yet if the Rocks plot will pay off deeper than Kaido/Big Mom, but we'll see.
If the Rocks plotline is meant to end on Wano, then I can see it, but I have a feeling this shit is going to continue beyond Wano. I'm at this point where I'm not fully convinced both BM/Kaido are going down this arc. Hell, if Yamato is at all villainesque or presented in a way where he's higher than King, I'm going to assume he's Luffy's actual main battle this arc until proven otherwise. All of Luffy's "main" adversaries also seem to have the same build: Slim build and Muscular. This is the case for:
- Crocodile
- Enel
- Lucci
- Doflamingo
- Katakuri
Its possible Yamato is the 6th villain like this, and we just don't know it yet. We don't know enough about Kaido/BM's true goals either. They may just fuck off Wano and go find other Rocks pirates if they plan on taking over the world, Idk.
Edit: I only say this because I still can't see how this alliance is supposed to take out 2 Yonko's lol. Their crews on the other hand, I can see it, but without the Yonko. But Oda will do what he wants!

Hmm, you make a good case, but I still don't think Xebec is alive and on Wano to boot. The plot of Wano has centered around Kaido and Orochi. Even though Linlin is there, she's still playing a cooperative antagonistic role. For Xebec to show up at the 11th hour as the villain would feel out of place. Even most of his lore was saddled outside of Wano.
It's plausible he's not dead, but I doubt he's on Wano. He could just as easily be communicating with Kaido elsewhere.
