I think i've figured it out..

Rocks' '' Sword Skill '' akin to a Hammer or a Canon fire, '' it blows everything in the Surrounding vicinity Away ''..






I didn't think it was connected, but Harald and Rocks' Clash is tied to Rock's Sword Skill attack versus Loki panel just above..





The Blowing away of everyone within a 5 Kilometer radius is entirely Rock's own doing and his power..
It's due to the clash but Harald has no involvement in that..


In fact i think he has a Devil Fruit and he's able to Blow Away anything, a Blowing Away Human.. I don't know how it translate to Devil Fruit names, but i'm fairly certain that in the first Loki panel, he channeled his Devil Fruit power through his Blade like Fujitora..

Rocks literally Blew Away the Gate of Justice..

The end..

Might be possible, though the buildup to the attack showed ACoC (looked diverging type to me) so I wouldnt count on it being a DF power and the clash had the typical super lightning shown for ACoC clashes.

Rocks even told Harald to angle his next attack towards the town meaning after the first clash any subsequent clashes were to destroy and create chaos so they can escape together.

I thought it was AdCoC too for a while, but it seems everything Blown away in 5 km radius is related to Rock's Sword Skill attack against Loki where everything there too gets Blown away around, don't you see the connection?.. I really doubt blowing away everything 5 km around you is a Sword Skill, that's way too big of scale for it to be a Sword Skill* don't you think?..

Hmm.. Good point about that, i don't if it hold real significance though since Rocks was facing him..

Maybe, I mean the scene is being narrated by the story narrator and not from the perspective of some character to which we can attribute a flawed observation like Nami saying Luffy and Zoro were getting overwhelmed while in the manga Zoro just stepped in to block a slash and when they got serious Gaban gave up.

I think Rocks was very clear and the guy is real sharp, he quickly assessed the situation and came up with a solution to benefit both him and Harald. Destroy the way which the chasers will come through so as to stall them and then run away in the mean time. Its the classic escape technique.

I dont think it is just Rocks doing, it is a side effect of the clash, Whitebeard vs Roger did the same.
The whole island was getting blown away from their clash.
Rocks would strictly blow things away in front of himself and not in a radius which includes behind him which we can see is not happening against Loki.

This whole thing being unique "cannon" "hammer" type. let me just put these here. Just showing how exactly it means nothing in the end because digging too deep is nonsense.

Read what Zoro says here...

Now look at the damage the "cannon" caused. Exactly almost a hole not a cut...

And of course i haven't forgotten the most important one. Both him and Luffy blew a hole in the Aqua Laguna a hole not a slash.
And finally lets bring in Brook who claims to be a swordsman too and Ryuma's Zombie.

The 5 Kilometer thing.. man the narrator is telling the "clash between the two strangers" why would the narrator hide the fact its Rocks doing? comon LOL.. this is the same as WB vs Roger.. their impact went outside the island but the narrator didn't say that then
