Ripley called the unity of different races a child’s dream

WB called Roger a child after he revealed his dream

I think their dream is to unite the whole world and to throw a huge banquet
Yes, some fans already talked about this theory in the past but I think this chapter confirmed it again

I agree unity is probably a big part of it, but I feel like since Luffy believes it’s possible as the pirate king, it’s possible that the dream relates to seeing his flag flying above the entire world.

Doesn’t seem likely. Luffy didn’t know about all the different races out there as a kid unlike Big Mom.

Also, there are people he hates and wouldn’t necessarily invite to the table.
He said that he needs to become Pirate King for his dream, but that doesn’t really have anything to do with uniting races since Roger at best only had a Fishman in his crew.
