Luffy has an other dream and wants to be free, he'll fight Im to realize his other dream and this'll happen after he gets the One piece, Mihawk will be defeated before Luffy is Pirate King.
If Warlords was still a thing you could still get Zoro vs Mihawk as last, but with Mihawk being linked with the One Piece he will fall just like Shanks before the final war.

Dude, I think he's a swordsman, so we would have Roger inferior to 3 people with the titles WS, which would be them: Kaido, Wb, and Mihawk.
- As a creature Roger is weaker than Kaido and in combat as well.
- As a man of his race, Roger would be weaker than Wb, the strongest man in the world.
- And as a swordsman, Roger would be weaker than Mihawk, the strongest swordsman in the world.
