Roger became Pirate King because he travelled to all island and was the captain of his crew. Pretty much Rayleigh is just as Pirate King as him and maybe others members too as Gaban.

Next Pirate King only need to go to Laugh Tale and Fake News Morgan will give to him the Pirate King title. You don't even have to find One Piece since it is clearly not there(too obvious).

Hey, comming back to you i found an example of a Swordsman learning Base CoA first before Ryuo.. That's Queen, he used hardening on his body and does not have Ryuo which would prove the 2 different paths in Haki Swordsmanship..

Momo is not nor will he ever be on the path to PK. He is the Shogun of Wano and maybe in the future he will challenge Zoro for the WSS title.
