A witch can target a player each night. They learn your role and can make you visit other players. So, if you visit someone as vig for example you shoot them.

In my history of online tos — queens played a lot so she probably can attend to this — witches like to pretend they were witched to throw off sus.

You being moved changes nothing on your action. TAC would need to be transported for your action to change. As it would be on the other guy and not TAC.
