What am I to believe when Rej, you and TAC were in my results this NP? TAC is confirmed Vig since Homelander indeed got shot as was the plan. So this just makes the scums either you or Rej or you AND Rej. And you already said you got blocked, but why should Rej block you instead of his designated target? There is no sense in any of this. Rej would block me because I am bodyguard. I am a town protective role along with the doctor. To ensure that their kills go through, it would make sense for mafia to block the bodyguard from protecting.

Here is the thing, for the plan to work, we needed to make sure that:
a) there is trust that everyone does exactly what they should be doing
b) there is no special instructions that were given through whispers etc
Mafia wants to confirm a kill. The Doctor is protecting the jailor, but who could potentially protect the doctor? The bodyguard. And the fact that we gave away all of our roles yesterday gives them the ability to tread carefully and why should they believe that clause a and b would be met? Especially now that the town is all allied together and making plans to survive the night, the most important thing for them is to get confirmed kills. So even if the plan for me is to protect Drago, there is no way to confirm for mafia that this is how it will pan out.
tldr: mafia can't confirm who I am going to protect. They can't afford a failed killing attempt. The only way to get a confirm kill, 100% certainty is to block me.
