In that case, we can't determine Saitama either since we haven't seen his full power and already he could beat Star lvl threat while still holding back and being hype to eventuality face beings at 'God' lvl, so we can't take anything away on Saitama with knowing all that as he could be on their level if not above them too.
ANY fight which involves Saitama is inconclusive. We dont know his upper limit. The whole point of his character is there is no upper limit; it's a spoof on being the strongest. Like, you could put omnipotent beings in front of him, and due to how he is written, within universe, he'd still beat them with one punch. There's never any point putting him in multiverse battles.

Saitama's 'weaknesses' have never been important, because he overcomes them by making fights last as little time as possible.
Yeah Saiki can, but Saitama is invulnerable to such abilities. He was invulnerable (as in, Tatsumaki cant move him) to Tatsumaki's psychic powers. He was invulnerable to being enslaved by the weird bondage monster woman etc. the dude is literally immune to everything in the verse, and that includes stone. He beat a monster that turns people to stone on sight too.
