In base Sanji did well against Drake. Why would Sanji waste his time with Flying Six who is way weaker than his RS form when in RS Sanji without CoA and DJ showed significance superiority to Page One?

Without RS I can see Oda set up Sanji against one of Flying Six but with RS, Sanji is way above them and the only opponent worthy of him is Queen, leader of Flying Six.

Sanji only felt slight pain. Page One can try to do that 1000 times and it still would not deal significance damage to Sanji.

And if you thinks anime is canon then Sanji did make Page bleed in the episode

While up here, Luffy's Gear 3 Haki named attack did make Page bleed but he didn't turn into Hybrid form unlike Sangoro did
