And if you thinks anime is canon then Sanji did make Page bleed in the episode

While up here, Luffy's Gear 3 Haki named attack did make Page bleed but he didn't turn into Hybrid form unlike Sangoro did

Sure if you want to go that way. Everytime Page One tries to attack Sanji, all Sanji has to do is block the attack with his kick and Page One cannot deal firect hit to Sanji. All he could do is swipe Sanji away and Sanji only felt slight pain. Sanji gets up, Page One attacks again and Sanji blocks with his leg again, Page One cannot land a direct hit all he could do is swipe Sanji away repeat. It's using your brain so your enemy cannot land a direct hit on you and you only fell slight pain.

He can try that million times and it would not deal significance damage to Sanji.

Well posting panels is nice and all but what is the purpose if the argument you making with those panels is entirely flawed

1. That is not blood on P1, he was eating fruits, those are juices from the fruits dripping from his mouth not blood.

2. The Luffy point makes no sense as Luffy escaped after the G3 hit.

Well RS still does zero damage to Page One, he is ancient zoan after all.
But the point is, Sanji had the upper hand of the fight all of the time. And oh my im tired saying this.

• He just testing his raid suit for the first time.
• He just use base kick and no named attack.
• Raid Suit isnt AP Powerups, its a speed + durability + technique (invisibility) powerups. So his AP still came from his base kick/diable jambe.
• If he doesnt flee, X-Drake and Hawkins will came to Page One location. It will be 3 vs 1 fight.
