Pretty sure Enma only nerfed Zoro when something unusual happened, like sensing the rythm of Oden's song. Otherwise it's more like a risky asset that allowed Zoro to reach a power output without precedent.
Why is monster trio itself impressive let alone a manga where it doesn't matter if someone trains or not.... they can just be as strong as plot requires.
It would mean an actual post to look into if training actually mattered in one piece.

If Oda intended Coby to end up as strong as an admiral because becoming one is his dream, of course he would have given him a plot so he could achieve it without Garp. If Sanji was born the son of some random cook Oda would have given him whatever power you want to think of because he's bound to be this strong as one of the most powerful main characters.
It's pointless to bash Sanji for Oda's choice. As a character, from a meta perspective, he was bound to become this strong anyways and the narrative the author followed is still impressive because he sees him as a cook who dreams with the All Blue yet is capable of growing top strength.

Sanji is a trained martial artist. Kid relies on DF powers DIDNT train at all and he’s like 23……Sanji just now got body modifications after 21 years…..clown comment
