Character Discussion Sanji being part of the Monster Trio despite not having a strength related dream is very impressive

Luffy's primary goal is to be the freest man. Being (on of) the strongest is just one requirement of it. And Sanji having no great goal on his own is because he lacks the ambition Luffy and Zoro have. Sanji is strong though, just not on Zoro's and Luffy's level.

You mean combat goal. All Blue is a great goal.

Either way getting stronger to protect your crew is greater than any ambition. And Sanji shares that with Luffy and Zoro.

Finding a legendary place where all the water meets is ambitious. Also, If Sanji lack ambition, he would not even try to help Luffy achieve finding the One Piece. Every enemy the SH face, Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are mention as the big shots of the crew.

Well, he wanted to find the sea where all ingredients are to be found for his dishes. And he didn't really set sail to find it either, but dedicated his life repaying his debt to Jeff by remaining a cook at Baratie. Telling Zoro that one should simply throw away his ambition once his life is at stake.

Though sure, now that he is one of Luffy's wings, he has more ambition by wanting to protect his crew and captain. But most of not all of the strawhats share that ambition. Even Nami told Ulti that Luffy is the one to become the PK while being at risk of getting killed.

Why people brings the "he trains to be strong" as some kind of moral superiority that Zoro have over his peers?

He trains his ass off while Luffy is eating and Sanji is jerking off and still keeps on the same tier than they. Dudes are living the good life while Zoro is wasting time working out

Meritocracy my ass, i would rather be a prince or a god reincarnation, if you ask me

Luffy dream isn't about strength., luffy clearly said he doesnt won't to conquer anything, yet he's the strongest, but still strength is needed to get to were he won't to go, sanji won't to find all blue, he's needed strength to find it because on the road to look for it he will come across strong foes. Which already happen :kayneshrug: even if Sanji wasn't apart of the straw hats and went out looking for all blue he still would need strength to find it because the seas are troublesome nad the voyage itself many strong foes, so. People saying he doesn't need strength to find all blue are idiots
