I think RS is meant as replacement for haki upgrade for sanji

Well.... tbh we still dont know if oda is actually gonna have him use it for combat, cause so far its only been utilized to save people. In fact saving people is the only thing Sanji has accomplished in the raid suit. And currently Sanji doesn't have it on, so were gonna have to wait and see.

Fundamentally I don't think he necessarily needs it at all and I think that FS doesn't necessarily mean best CoO even if Base stats are factored. Sanji might manage to get a proficient CoO in the future and it might be that it won't require FS.

What Sanji showed against Katakuri was not FS but the ability to dodge attacks subconsciously.

The Sanji/Katakuri scene is literally drawn the same as the Luffy/Flampe scene

Also I'm just re-iterating what @Charlotte Horchata said but, Katakuri an FS user being shocked that Sanji dodged that attack should be all you need to know that it was no mean feat.

Also note that Luffy only just acquired this stage of CoO during his fight with Katakuri just before he unlocked FS

We don't really know whether Sanji has FS yet but we do know for a fact that his mastery of CoO is already at a very high level and yes Sanji's CoO was better than Luffy's fresh out the timeskip. Luffy only just learning what Sanji already displayed with Katakuri's jelly bean in the Katakuri fight is proof of that.

His CoO is already good. If oda give him Adv.CoO i hope that will be another type and not FS(having 3 differents CoO in the crew might be interesting).

However, after RS, I doubt if Oda are planning to develop Sanji's haki. He seems to be increasingly putting the character on a technological theme.
I wouldn't be surprised if RS's glasses are able to predict opponents moves

I hope Sanji gets something else, an advanced CoO that maybe makes him faster.

Future Sight is cool as a concept but Oda is terrible at portraying it on the pages. Luffy rarely uses it and it mostly has no effect.

I believe he actually kind of awakened it and uses it without knowing from time to time. Sanji's level of CoO is good but it is inconsistent. He needs a bit of practice and more combat experience to achieve consistency in CoO.

Also , If oda wanna give FS to Sanji , he dont put as a story. Just he draw panel that show he has a FS.
My theory is Sanji have already had advanced CoO. But Oda shows over woman-sense. Actually , oda shows if sanji focused to anybody , he can perceive easily no matter what.
Also , i dont know why. Odas strawhat haki ability improvement so slow.

That's not slowing time unless you take it in relativistic Einsteinean terms where there are observers and the faster A travels the more it looks like time for A slowed down according to B since A was the agent of the biggest space time distortion.

So fast Pudding can follow his movement with her eyes and he need Pound to serve as distraction
