No, because unlike guys like coby that started trash level and will progress to admiral fullbody is stuck as some low level grunt forever serving that marine woman. He even has now post ts a lower marine rank then when he meets sanji in baratie. Try harder

What are you not understanding unlike coby and helmeppo that keep progresing in rank, fullbody lowered in ranks way under the rank he had in baratie. Oda clearly doesnt have big plans for him.
